With hands-on industry experience, Louis adeptly micro-manages the business, negotiates new contracts, and maintains close relationships with key accounts. Mark Trent

Director / Owner

Mark Trent, the co-founder of Trent’s Drains alongside his son Louis, is a driving force behind the company’s success. Together, they form a terrific team. Mark takes charge of managing large install projects on the frontline, with a hands-on approach. His charming personality is matched by his work ethic and extensive knowledge. Notably, Mark fearlessly tackles jobs that other companies have shied away from, consistently delivering results even under pressure.

Ross Govier

Director

Ross is a seasoned professional with nearly four decades of experience in the industry. He plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. Having previously managed teams for local water authorities, Ross brings a wealth of technical knowledge to the table. He serves as an authoritative figure, guiding our satellite engineers, providing sound advice and maintaining high standards.

Ian Jacques

Ian our Business Development Manager. Ian Jacques is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the Construction, M&E, FM, and Petroleum industries. Having worked on multimillion-pound projects, Ian brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. His expertise lies in project management, overseeing building projects from start to finish. His friendly and approachable demeanor makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Jozef Przytocki

Operations Manager

Jozef is our versatile team member who wears many hats. He oversees a wide range of operational tasks within the business. From IT, admin to auditing and reporting. His background in the FM industry makes him a valuable asset. Jozef takes care of several FM accounts, drawing on his previous experience to optimize processes and enhance customer experiences. As our qualified Transport Manager, he efficiently manages our fleet of HGVs, vans, and other vehicles.

Libby Trent

Helpdesk / Admin Manager

Libby Trent is an integral part of our family business, and her surname gives a big clue about her connection. In her role as Admin Manager, Libby keeps our office running smoothly. Her responsibilities include job updates, scheduling, helpdesk management, and more. Libby’s hard work and attention to detail ensure that everything stays in order. Starting as a school leaver handling general administrative tasks, she has now taken charge and runs the show.

Samantha Ellis

Client Relations Manager

Sam, our Client Relations Manager, excels in communication. With an excellent telephone manner and a friendly approach, she effortlessly builds strong rapports with our customers. Sam’s can-do attitude shines through as she assists in planning and liaises with contacts on-site, ensuring seamless operations. Sam is a master multitasker. Her ability to juggle conversations while keeping everything running smoothly makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Chloe Vowles

Operational Administrator

Chloe, our Operational Administrator, brings a wealth of skills to the table. As a trainee accountant and prior experience in finance, she’s well-equipped to handle various tasks. From auditing timesheets and managing payroll to handling invoicing and much more. Her meticulous approach ensures that our operations run like a well-oiled machine. You might even encounter Chloe’s bubbly character when she’s on the phone as part of our helpdesk team.
