Louis Trent

Director / Owner
Louis founded Trent's Drains along with his father Mark. He has hands on experience in the industry and now oversees the General Management of the company and works closely with some of our key accounts. Louis is a likeable character; he builds great relationships through honesty and integrity.

Mark Trent

Director / Owner
Mark is Louis's father and business partner. He founded the company with his son, they make a terrific team. Mark manages many of the larger projects mainly for our domestic clientele, he is a character, not only is he charming but he gets a lot of praise for his work ethic. Mark will take on the jobs where other companies have walked away, he gets the job done!

Ross Govier

Director
Ross is SMSTS and IOSH certified, he brings a wealth of technical knowledge to the table after a decade Managing a team for the Local water authorities. Ross is an authoritative figure there to guide mobile engineers giving sound advice but to also keep them in check, handling any complaints and auditing their work to ensure we deliver an excellent service.

Jozef Przytocki

Operations Manager
Our technical guru Jozef is responsible for overseeing the IT software, Fleet / Asset management as well as assisting in auditing, reporting and payroll. Jozef also looks after several Facilities Management accounts given his work history in the FM Industry. He is always striving to improve our processes and systems to give our customers the best experience.

Libby Trent

Helpdesk / Admin Manager
As you may guess Libby is another family member with the same surname. Another of Marks offspring, the third Callum also work for Trent's Drains on the tools as an engineer and he is proud of them all. Libby is office based running the admin, she is responsible for job updates, scheduling, managing the phones and handles the invoicing. Libby is hard working and keeps things in order.

Samantha Ellis

Client Relations Manager
Sam is also office based, with an excellent telephone manner building great bonds with our customers as generally a first port of call handling customer enquiries. Sam has a can-do attitude; she assists in planning in works and liaising with contacts on site to make sure everything runs smoothly.
